Members of the Lac du Flambeau Band
of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians of Wisconsin voted four incumbents out of office on Tuesday.
The secretary and treasurer seats went to challengers who easily defeated the incumbents. The two incumbent council members who lost their seats received the fewest number of votes.
Mike Christensen was one of the council members who lost his seat. The tribe held a second primary after he filed a complaint against another candidate
