The House Natural Resources Committee will hold an open markup session on Wednesday.

Three Indian water settlement bills are on the agenda:

• S.313, the White Mountain Apache Tribe Water Rights Quantification Act.
• S.965, the Taos Pueblo Indian Water Rights Settlement Act.
• S.1105, the Aamodt Litigation Settlement Act.

All three bills have already been approved by the Senate Indian Affairs Committee.

The markup takes place at 10am in Room 1324 of the Longworth House Office Building.
