A second lawsuit has been filed in Navajo Nation court against a former Roman Catholic priest.
Charles “Chuck” Cichanowicz is accused of sexually molesting two Navajo boys in the 1980s. The plaintiffs in both cases say the Catholic Diocese of Gallup in New Mexico knew of allegations against Cichanowicz.
"We're seeking accountability," Patrick Noaker, the attorney for both plaintiffs, told The Lafayette Journal and Courier .
Cichanowicz works in Indiana at a counseling center. He reportedly works with people as young as 16.
