Obama to take questions in first online town hall
Update: The White House says the town hall will start at 11:30am Eastern.
President Barack Obama will be answering questions from the public today in his first online town hall.
Open For Questions is a new feature on the White House web site. Though the public can ask about any topic, the theme this week is the economy.
As of 7am Eastern, over 100,000 questions had been submitted. Visitors can vote on the question they'd most like to see answered.
Voting will close at 9:30am and Obama will get online at 11:30am Eastern.
