Alaska Native corporation offered $2.58M for land
Eklutna Inc., an Alaska Native village corporation, is being offered $2.58 million for 70 acres in the Anchorage area.

The land is being eyed by the Matanuska Electric Association for a natural gas-fueled power plant. Corporation shareholders favor the deal.

Eklutna is the largest private landowner owner in Anchorage.
