A 25-year-old man was shot and killed in an incident with police from the Navajo Nation on Monday.
Arnold Dan Jr., of Shiprock, New Mexico, was killed after a high-speed chase on the reservation. A 17-year-old male passenger was also injured and taken to a hospital. A third passenger was not injured.
The trio had been involved in a robbery of a convenience store on the reservation on Sunday night.
