Phoenix Suns guard Jason Richardson was ticketed for driving under the influence of alcohol on the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community in Arizona.
Richardson was stopped by a tribal officer on December 21, The Arizona Republic reported. He was cited for DUI, failing to drive in one lane and speeding.
Richardson is due to appear in a state court to answer to the charges.
