The Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma wrapped up a $280,000 renovation of its museum in Tahlequah. The Cherokee Heritage Center now offers a museum store, a revamped atrium, new exhibits and a learning space. "It really brought it up to what we would call a world-class museum type environment," David Stewart, the CEO of Cherokee Nation Enterprises, told The Tulsa World.
