Morongo Band to distribute 11,000 turkeys
The Morongo Band of Mission Indians is distributing 11,000 turkeys to families in southern California.

The tribe began donating the turkeys on Monday. It's the largest donation in the tribe's history.

Needy families and 46 organizations will benefit from the tribe's generosity.
