Karuk man dies after 45-foot fall from bridge
Nakima Joseph Frye, a firefighter for the Karuk Tribe of California, died on Sunday after falling 45 feet from a bridge.

Frye, 20, was seen climbing on the Orleans Bridge over the Klamath River. It's not clear why he was on the bridge but authorities suspect drugs and alcohol may have been a factor.

Frye was from Happy Camp, where the Karuk Tribe is based.
