Three people were injured when a propane tank ignited at Schemitzun, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation's annual powwow.
One 56-year-man suffered burns to 25 percent of his body. He remains in the hospital in fair condition.
Two others were treated for their injuries from the fire, which was deemed accidental.
