The Republic of Lakotah will investigate corruption on South Dakota's reservations, activist Russell Means says.
Means said a grand jury will start with the Pine Ridge Reservation and move to the other seven reservations in the state.
The republic declared independence last year. Its claims the western parts of North Dakota, South Dakota and Nebraska and the eastern parts of Wyoming and Montana
