The Cherokee Nation is donating another $6 million to the state of Oklahoma for a road construction project.
The tribe's money will speed up the expansion of a heavily-trafficked interchange. The total project is expected to cost between $48 million and $50 million
The interchange is located near the tribe's casino in Catoosa. The tribe has previously contributed more than $4 million for the project.
