Twins put together Native women's calendar
Identical twins Shannon and Shauna Baker want the world to know that Native women are beautiful and talented. The Baker Twins put together the BT Girls calendar to represent Native women in Canada and the U.S. The calendar features 12 models, plus Shannon and Shauna. “In the media, there is almost no portrayal of First Nations people living in the present day. The world needs to stop stereotyping First Nations people and start showing this through the media, and that is what we are doing with this calendar," Shannon was quoted as saying. The Baker twins are from the Stellat'en First Nation in British Columbia. Get the Story:
