Seven people have been indicted on charges of conspiring to distribute cocaine and marijuana on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota.
Federal prosecutors say the seven have been involved in a drug ring since 2002. The defendants pleaded not guilty.
More than 25 people were previously charged in connection with a cocaine and marijuana ring on the reservation. All were found guilty or pleaded guilty, though some have appealed their convictions.
