The district attorney in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is weighing charges against a police officer who has been linked to Navajo woman's death.
Vera "Tonie" Haskell, 47, was killed in a hit-and-run on April 6. Detectives linked officer Andrew Gallegos and his vehicle to the parking of the bar where Haskell died.
Gallegos could be charged with Haskell's death or he could be charged with leaving the scene without reporting it to authorities. He has been on paid administrative leave and denies any wrongdoing.
