White Earth Band of Ojibwe in Minnesota are going to the polls tomorrow to vote in a primary election.
Incumbent Chairwoman Erma Vizenor is running for re-election. She is facing six challengers.
Former chairman Darrell “Chip” Wadena filed candidacy papers but was barred because he is a convicted felon.Vizenor defeated Wadena in 2004.
The general election will be held June 10.
