The Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma dedicated its new $23 million health center in Muskogee. The 105,000-square-foot Three Rivers Health Center is double the size of the existing facility. It will start serving patients on Monday, February 25. The tribe financed construction of the facility with bonds at a total cost of $23 million. The Indian Health Service will provide about $17 million a year to staff and operate the center. Get the Story:
