The Comanche Nation and the U.S. Army will be in court tomorrow to discuss the tribe's opposition to construction at the military facility. The tribe won a temporary injunction that halted work near Medicine Bluffs, a sacred site at Fort Sill. The tribe is asking for a permanent injunction and say the Army can build a training service center elsewhere within the facility. Medicine Bluffs is one of the more prominent landmarks within Fort Sill, which was built during the Indian wars of the late 1800s.
