A third Native inmate pleaded guilty for his role in an attack at the Allenwood Federal Penitentiary in Pennsylvania.
Calvin J. Nez, 35, admitted he stabbed Jason Maloney in September 2005. Two other Native inmates, Clifton N. Hamalowa and Dustin A. Denney, pleaded guilty and have been sentenced to additional prison time for the incident.
Maloney, who is also Native, was transferred to halfway house in Arizona but walked away and hasn't been located.
