Idaho Democrats have five Native delegates
Montana Democrats are sending five Native Americans to the Democratic National Convention in August.

The Native delegates include Kassie Cerami, who is a delegate for Sen. Barack Obama (D-Illinois) and was one of the early organizers for his campaign in Idaho. Jeanette Wolfley, an attorney and member of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes, is a delegate for Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-New York), who suspended her campaign.

The convention takes place 25-28, 2008, in Denver, Colorado.
