Former Puyallup Tribe police officer pleads guilty

A former police officer for the Puyallup Tribe of Washington pleaded guilty on Tuesday to three counts of sexually motivated unlawful imprisonment.

Randy Lee Howlett, 32, admitted that he stopped three women and inappropriately searched them. He was fired from the tribe police force after being charged in December 2006.

Howlett faces up to 29 months in prison.
