Visit a Taco Bell today for a free seasoned beef taco, thanks to Jacoby Ellsbury, the first Navajo to play in major league baseball.
Ellsbury, a rookie for the Boston Red Sox, stole a base during the World Series. As part of Taco Bell's "Steal a Base, Steal a Taco" promotion, everyone get a free taco at participating locations.
Taco Bell and Major League Baseball will also present a $20,000 check in Ellsbury's name to the Boys & Girls Club of America.
Ellsbury helped the Red Sox sweep the World Series after just four games. His fans on the Navajo Nation, where his relatives live, and back in Oregon, where he grew up on the Warm Springs Reservation, watched the games closely.
