The Sac & Fox Nation of Oklahoma has agreed to buy a former outlet mall site for $1.35 million.
The tribe bought 18.3 acres of the 57-acre site from the city of Stroud. The property has been vacant since a tornado in May 1999.
The tribe hasn't decided what to do with the site, Georgia Noble, chairwoman of the Sac & Fox Nation Business Enterprise Board, told The Tulsa World.
