A Navajo student who has been charged with murdering her roommate at University of Arizona was accused in a second theft incident, the Associated Press reports.
Galareka Harrison, 18, admitted to stealing roommate Mia Henderson, 18. The dispute apparently led to a fight in which Henderson was killed in their dorm room last week.
Campus police also say Harrison was accused by another student of theft. But police say Harrison didn't appear to pose a physical threat to other students.
Henderson and Harrison were freshmen in UA's Native American Scholars program. Both were considered academic and sports standouts in their Navajo communities.
