One man was killed and four were injured in a head-on collision on the Rocky Boy's Reservation in Montana.
Travis Sutherland, 36, was allegedly driving erratically near the powwow grounds, where he reportedly struck a security officer. He then drove head-on into a second vehicle that was carrying four people, including a seven-year-old. Sutherland died.
The Chippewa Cree Tribe held its powwow over the weekend.
