Nine people, including two police officers, were arrested last Thursday for allegedly dealing drugs on the Red Lake Reservation in Minnesota.
The officers were employed by the Red Lake Nation. Tribal officers assisted in the arrests of Herbert Melvin May, 37, and Robert Jeffrey Vanwert, 33.
The group, which includes at least one person who lived off the reservation, face drug conspiracy and distribution charges. They allegedly dealt cocaine.
