Man sentenced to 22 years for murdering sister

A 32-year-old Washington man was sentenced to 22 years for murdering his sister in December.

William Ame Windsor, a member of the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder. He admitted to repeatedly hitting his sister,. Shine, in the head with an ax.

Windsor and his sister used to live on the Port Gamble S'Klallam Reservation but the crime occurred in Kitsap County.
