The Reno-Sparks Indian Colony of Nevada won't be opening its new health center yet again.
The 65,000-square-foot Health and Human Services Center was supposed to open in summer 2005. But budget concerns have pushed the opening to March 2008.
The designs for the $21.6 million facility have been revised several times to keep it within the budget.
