About 30 people attended a meeting of Odawak for Change, a group seeking changes within the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians of Michigan.
Warren Petoskey, a tribal member and former employee, started the group. He and others want to recall the tribal council over alleged mismanagement.
The group hasn't started the recall process but tribal members said they want to improve health care services, elder services and services for people who don't live on the reservation.
