Authorities in Dakota County, Nebraska, are seeking information about an Omaha toddler who died in foster care.
Nathaniel Saunsoci was 20 months old when he died in September 2006. He had been placed in an Indian foster home by the Omaha Tribe.
Since Saunsoci died off the reservation, Dakota County Attorney Ed Matney has been investigating.
But since Saunsoci was not in state care, Matney is asking the public for information about Saunsoci's health and welfare.
Saunsoci's foster parents have since left Nebraska for the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota.
