Two factions of the Gabrielino/Tongva Nation of California continue fight for control of the tribe.
One group is affiliated with former state Senator Richard Polanco. The other is associated with attorney Jonathan Stein.
The Polanco group split from the Stein group last fall and filed a lawsuit against the other faction.
They accuse Stein of fraud, forgery, legal malpractice and false impersonation.
The Stein group responded and won an $812,500 preliminary against Polanco's faction. A search warrant resulted in computers and equipment seized from Polanco and Polanco's group has been ordered to show up to a June 5 hearing or face arrest.
