
Samuel Kohn, a member of the Crow Tribe of Montana, is one of 80 recipients of the Morris K. Udall scholarship.
Kohn is a sophomore at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire. He has dedicated his studies to tribal policy and education.
For his first-year summer research project, Kohn looked at the Indian Education for All Act in Montana. He interviewed members of all of the tribes in the state.
The scholarship comes with a $5,000 award.
