Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) hasn't set a firm deadline for a decision on the Menominee Nation off-reservation casino.

Walker originally gave himself 60 days to review the $800 million casino in Kenosha after the tribe won approval from the Bureau of Indian Affairs in late August. He is taking more time but indicated a decision could come in the next several days.

Walker has veto authority over the casino under the two-part determination provisions of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act.
