The big day is getting closer -- the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria in California will open its gaming facility in less than two weeks.

The tribe is putting the finishing touches on the $825 million Graton Resort and Casino. The 320,000 square-foot facility will be the closest tribal casino to the San Francisco area.

“It’s very exciting,” general manager Joe Hasson told The Rohnert Park Community Voice. “A year ago I was standing here on dirt.”

The casino will open at 10am on November 5.
