The Fort Independence Indian Community of California released details of its upcoming casino.

Phase one calls for a casino with 80,000 square-feet of gaming space and a 60-room hotel. Phase two would include restaurants and additional amenities, with a conference center and event center somewhere down the line.

The tribe's Class III gaming compact requires an agreement with Inyo County to address impacts of the casino.
