Internet poker legislation seen as dead for the year in California

It doesn't look like Internet poker will be legalized this year in California despite support from some tribes.

Two bills were introduced this year to regulate online poker games. But there's been little movement as the legislative session winds down.

Tribes have been on both sides of the debate in recent years. But several of the larger and politically powerful tribes with casinos now support Internet poker.
