The Apache Tribe of Oklahoma will reopen its two gaming facilities "soon," a leader told News9.

Phillip Wetselline claims to be in charge of the tribe. He says the the Silver Buffalo Casino and the Golden Eagle Casino have only been closed for renovations.

But Donnie Cabannis, who was ousted as chairman, says Wetselline and his associates have been stealing money from the facilities. Wetselline disputes the charge.

"If he'd just stay out of our business, we could do our work," Wetselline told News9 of Cabannis.

Some 100 people have been put out of work due to the closures of the casinos.
