The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe is being urged to pay $1 million for a failed casino deal in the town of Middleboro, Massachusetts. The tribe agreed to pay $250,000 a year to the town for planning purposes. The tribe has since changed casino sites but town leaders say they are owed four years of payments.
