The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians in Michigan will present plans for a second casino at a public meeting tonight.

The tribal-state Class III gaming compact authorizes two casinos but local approval is needed. The meeting tonight in Mackinaw City is part of the process.

The tribe plans to spend $26 million on the project. Mackinaw City is about 39 miles from the tribe's Odawa Casino Resort.
