Miami Nation expects spring opening for new gaming facility

The Miami Nation of Oklahoma plans to open its new casino in late March or early April.

The tribe broke ground on the Prairie Sun Casino last March. The 11,000 square-foot facility will feature 250 electronic games.

The tribe is hiring 30 people to work at the casino, according to the latest issue of the tribe's newspaper.
