Redding Rancheria busy with construction $40M casino hotel

The Redding Rancheria of California is making some big changes to its casino.

The tribe is spending $40 million on an 84-room hotel with an outdoor swimming pool, an arcade, a fitness center and a 3,929-square-foot spa. Construction is expected to wrap up in February 2014.

The tribe is also adding 6,400 square-feet to the Win-River Casino, plus a new food and bar area.
