Indians was overcharged for information technology services at its casino, tribal officials said.
The Harrah's Cherokee
Casino was overbilled a total of $2.7 million by the Harrah's Entertainment corporate office.
The mistake was noticed by tribal regulators.
The tribe will be reimbursed $4.1 million, with half of the money to be distributed to members as part of a future per capita payment.
