Leaders of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians in North Carolina are moving with caution on plans for a second casino.
The tribal council tabled a resolution to authorize a $110 million Class III facility. Leaders said they wanted more information about the plan. "A lot more people would like to weigh in on this," council representative Bo Taylor said at a meeting on Thursday, The Cherokee Scout reported.
