The Seneca Nation is unveiling plans today for a permanent off-reservation casino in Buffalo, New York.
The tribe operates the Buffalo Creek Casino in a temporary building. A permanent facility has been on the back burner due to economic conditions. But after taking office, President Robert Odawi Porter said the project was back on track. The casino will cost an $130 million. The tribe has withheld about $400 million in gaming revenues from the state in an ongoing compact dispute. Get the Story:
