Within 24hrs, these numbers have continued to increase.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>As a result, 59 households are in quarantine or isolation, Herrera said. The region has seen a dramatic rise in COVID-19 cases over the last 7 days,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/indianz.com\/covid19\/2020\/11\/06\/indian-health-service-department-of-health-and-human-services-178\/\">according to data from November 4<\/a>, the most recent available.<\/p>\n<p>According to Herrera, the IHS has cut back operations at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ihs.gov\/albuquerque\/healthcarefacilities\/acomacanoncitolaguna\/\">Acoma-Canoncito-Laguna Hospital<\/a>, which serves the Pueblo of Laguna, the Pueblo of Acoma and a nearly Navajo Nation community.
