The\u00a0Oglala Sioux Tribe<\/a>\u00a0has confirmed 240 COVID-19 cases on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota, according to a September 14, 2020,\u00a0post on social media<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Most of the COVID-19 cases are in the Pine Ridge District. Tribal headquarters is located in the district, the most populous on the reservation.<\/p>\n

Of the 240 positive cases, 44 are considered \u201cactive.\u201d Again, most of the actives are in the Pine Ridge District.<\/p>\n
