Almost every section contains just one document but section 10 consists of numerous letters submitted by tribes and Alaska Native corporations regarding the distribution of the fund that was authorized by Congress under Title V of the CARES Act.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PDF: <a href=\"https:\/\/indianz.com\/covid19\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/ar052220.pdf\">ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The AR was accompanied by a <a href=\"https:\/\/indianz.com\/covid19\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/danielkowalski052220.pdf\">declaration from Daniel Kowalski<\/a>, who serves as Counselor to <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/stevenmnuchin1\">Secretary of the Treasury Steve Mnuchin<\/a>. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) to Daniel Kowalski on April 2, 2020 &#8212; <em>after<\/em> the first tribal consultation on the $8 billion fund took place that afternoon. The contents of the call are not disclosed.<\/li>\n<li>An <a href=\"https:\/\/indianz.com\/covid19\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/011.pdf\">April 21, 2020, letter from Solicitor Daniel Jorjani<\/a>, the top legal official at the Department of the Interior, recommending inclusion of Alaska Native corporations in the $8 billion fund.<\/li>\n<li>An <a href=\"https:\/\/indianz.com\/covid19\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/013.pdf\">April 23, 2020, action memorandum<\/a> from Brian Callahan, General Counsel at Treasury, siding with Interior&#8217;s analysis regarding inclusion of Alaska Native corporations in the $8 billion fund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The AR was submitted in <em>Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis Reservation v. Mnuchin, Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe v. Mnuchin, <\/em>and&nbsp;<em>Ute Indian Tribe of the Uintah and Ouray Indian Reservation v.
