Zooming in or clicking on a particular region shows the number of tests administered, the number of COVID-19 positive results and the number of negative results.<\/p>\n<p>According to the May 4 data, 43,090 tests have been administered in the IHS system. Of those, 4,469 have returned positive for COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus.<\/p>\n<h2>COVID-19 Cases by IHS Area<\/h2>\n<p>Data is reported from IHS, tribal, and urban Indian organization facilities, though reporting by tribal and urban programs is voluntary.
