Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians<\/a>, said on an <a href=\"\/m.asp?url=https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/indianzcom\/videos\/2621376074771097\/\">Indianz.Com broadcast<\/a> on Wednesday evening.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are 100 percent relying on these dollars,&#8221; said Payment, who also serves as vice president of the <a href=\"\/m.asp?url=https:\/\/www.ncai.org\/\">National Congress of American Indians<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Don&#8217;t forget,&#8221; Payment noted.&nbsp;&#8220;We pre-paid for everything.
